To make sure your item stays in perfect condition for longer, please follow these instructions.

• All items are delicate and must be handled with care to prevent damage. Bending and shaping items is done so at your own risk.

• Keep your item in the box that it is sent in or in an air-tight container. We send our products in a box which contains an anti-tarnish strip to keep the product in the best possible condition. Please do not remove these from the box and make sure they are kept away from children. Tarnishing should not happen if the item is stored correctly. If any tarnishing does occur, please use an anti-tarnish wipe to clean the affected area. Try not to touch the beads or material with the anti-tarnish wipe.

• We advise hats and headdresses are kept in a box. Any objects placed on or near the hat or headdress may create a dent or damage.

• When storing your item, please store it in a cool, dry place away from children. All items contain small parts that could be a choking hazard – please keep away from children when stored and supervise children at all times when the item is worn.
